From the Hills of Uttarakhand, With Honesty
Our journey begins in the hills of Uttarakhand, where food is grown slowly, naturally, and in harmony with nature. We work with mountain-grown ingredients that are cultivated without lab-altered or hybrid practices, following traditional pahadi methods that respect the land and its rhythm.
Behind every product is the hard work of pahadi women, who often face daily struggles due to limited opportunities in the mountains. By working closely with local women, we aim to create meaningful livelihood opportunities—so they can earn with dignity while preserving traditional food-making practices passed down through generations. Our pickles and chutneys are prepared in small batches, using traditional recipes and careful methods—without excess oil or shortcuts. Every jar reflects patience, honesty, and the authentic taste of the hills. Today, we begin with handcrafted pickles and chutneys. Tomorrow, our vision is to bring more Himalayan foods—juices, dals, and everyday mountain produce—under one honest brand that supports both nature and the people of the hills.
